PLACING AN ORDER
Orders may be placed by:
• Calling (916) 652-5282, Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
PST
• Fax at (916) 652-6041.
• E-Mail orders may be sent to Gary@DrySump.com, Use PO’s Please. We
will need a complete shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) and the type
of payment, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or COD.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We can also ship orders COD/Certified Check via regular U.P.S. COD
amount will be the total invoice amount which will include shipping
and COD fees. If using a credit card we will need, the name of the
cardholder, the card number, the CVV security code and the
expiration date, as well as the billing address and zip code that
the card is billed to.
PRINTING DISCLAIMER
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our printed
catalog. We disclaim any responsibility for application or
specification errors.
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized by calling for a RA#. The return
number must be on the outside of the box. A copy of the original
invoice or invoice number must be included. All items must not have
been installed, modified or altered in any way. There will be a 20%
restocking charge assessed on all items returned. Custom
manufactured or specially built items are not returnable. Credits
will be issued back to the original method of payment.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES
All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
and be noted on the carrier delivery receipt.
WARRANTY
It is the constant endeavor at ARE to give our customers the highest
quality performance products available. ARE warrants each new
product to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials to
the point of installation. ARE will repair or replace, at their
option, any part which ARE determines to be defective. There is no
other expressed warranty except stated herein, Due to the inherent
risk and intended use of racing products, no warranty is given,
either expressed or implied, once the product is put into use.
Liability under any circumstances will not exceed the original
purchase price of the product.
